This is my not-so-local {Picky Pick} of the week, via a quick layover in Seattle! Fireworks has been a favorite shopping destination for my mom and I every time we fly through Seattle, and we had just enough time to browse and create a wish list for the way home...My Gram's friend, Toni, flew with us {8 in all!} to California, and she had never shopped Fireworks before. The owners are particularly talented buyers, with a selection of jewelry, home goods, travel goodies and a children's department most stores could never dream of carrying. We even found Adler's favorite character from the quirky "Pigeon" books, cute and stuffed, sitting on the main children's display! What a happy surprise for her!
