I've been dreaming of our future showroom...
{Side note - Ok, so I just mentioned this to my Picky Partner in Design crime and she's claimed to be onboard with this epiphany. As a fellow dreamer, it usually just takes a small "suggestion" from either one of us to get us going with a new idea}
As I was saying, I've been dreaming of our future showroom somewhere in the heart of this scenic city. A showcase of our designs and a taste of our Picky Picks of the city and surrounding areas - everything from my personal fav {PAPER!}, to sweets, decor {my partner's forte}, fashion, food and just about anything that fits into our event planning needs.
Our dream would be a little of Paris' lovely and chic Laduree in Chattanooga.
Close your eyes for a moment, picture the sweet tablescape a la Amy Atlas with colorful blackcurrent violet, caramel with salted butter and lemon cedrat macaroons beautifully stacked in a Parisian-styled window display, French linens and ribbons streamed along the wall, next to a soft, gorgeous stack of hand letterpressed calling cards and invitations, overflowing bunches of peonies and renuculas...I even have a sweet girl chosen as our spokesperson and design assistant when we're tending to our events and of course, the little ones.
